Tool and Mold Design Department:

The main role of this department is to design the necessary tools and molds to fabricate what industrial designers have virtually created, considering most cost effective methods and in least possible time.

Using most up- to-date CAD/CAM techniques, AIRIC’S  mold design department paves the way for transforming the computer models into reality. The main duties of this department fall into three categories:

-          Feasibility assessment of manufacturing

-          Designing molds and tools for plastic parts

-          Designing dies and tools for metallic parts
