Department of power train design, engine research and car electronic :
 When it comes to an all-out Engine system, all
the activities related to power train, engine subsystem and
electrical components come under the spotlight.
It is crystal clear that close scrutiny of
Engine and transmission system, selecting a suitable Engine,
Transmission and Electrical systems, Engine packaging, integration
of power train on car, designing essential test related to power
train, scrutiny the test results and implementation of some changes,
research in field of alternative fuel consumption optimization and
engaging new power train in cars are the salient responsibilities of
this department.
Thanks to advanced software such as GT Suit,
Fluent, ADAMS, IDEAS, CATIA, MSC/NSTRAN, powerful hardware such as
HP, SUN, SGI and so forth, scrutiny of mentioned activities fulfill
and render the design substantiated as it stand.
It must take into consideration that production
will start after testing the prototypes and issuing the certificate.
After producing and engaging the parts and
assemblies, AIRIC receive the customer feedbacks via the departments
of production, engineering, quality, market research and SAIPA
strategic orientation.
Feedbacks take into account to implement
enhancing the current projects and found the future concept.
Due to various usage of electronic system in
the car, this department is in charge of identification, codifying
and designing electrical attributes of SAIPA products. In this
section all tasks are in a unit electrical platform that includes
harness designing according to new projects requirements and various
systems such as EMS, ABS and also identification and engaging new
technologies like ITS and multiplex in car.
The last but not least, all of activities in
the mentioned sections must be in coherent correlation together to
have an authentic result.
