The chassis & Powertrain design includes three distinct process , Chassis systems design, Powertrain and packaging design and Computer aided analysis.
We provide engineering services ranging from individual component design to complete new vehicle platform developments.
In a complete new vehicle design, platform selection and a proper engine for a vehicle is a keystone in terms of assigning a framework to our duties.
According to the result of economical and technical assessment of project we start on with generating a complete geometrical model of chassis systems including front and rear suspension, brake systems, steering systems and engine and their accessories.
The key objectives of this geometrical model are inspection of geometric interferences, feasibility analysis and advanced dynamic analysis of model. The next step is detail design of parts and assembles based on results achieved from finite element analysis. And finally making of 2D and 3D manufacturing drawing is the output of our department to the manufacturing department. We utilize advanced engineering software to cope with our responsibilities. Computer aided analysis section is responsible thorough coverage of subjects like Aerodynamics; Rolling Resistance; Vehicle Dynamic Response Properties; High-Speed Cornering; Transient Rollover and Roll Center Analysis.
Also in order to move on technological edge, we spend significant activities to our technology research program. This research is targeted at the future needs of IRAN automotive industry.
