Manufacture and Prototyping Services
 

The Manufacture and Prototyping Department at the Center makes use of advanced hardware and software facilities, well-equipped workshops and experienced personnel to offer the following services:
-Designing and manufacturing tools and dies as well as offering CAD/CAM services
-Prototyping the vehicles components
-Making temporary dies and checking fixtures and do engineering analysis & sheet metal forming simulation
-Assembling prototypes

Designing capabilities :
-Designing vacuum , form & injection molds
-Designing assembly and checking fixtures
-Generating tool path (NC path)
-Designing a structure for manufacturing various models
-Employing CAD/CAM systems

Modeling, machining and die-making capabilities :
-Manufacturing of 1:1 model and scale models from structure phase to machining
-Making soft die such as resin dies for drawing sheet metal part and bumping tool
-Making temporary aluminum vacuum mold
-Making silicon mold
-Making assembly & checking fixtures
-Prototyping plastic and sheet metal components
-Pre-assembling and assembling the vehicle
-Offering machining services by CNC mill for piece dimensions as follows:
X= 6000 mm, Y= 2500 mm, Z= 2500 mm which is capable of milling in 3 to 5 axes for a wide variety of complicated parts
