Development department:

Development department is in fact the connection link between designers in AIRIC and manufacturing side i.e. SAIPA assembly line and parts manufacturers, in the process of new product development.

Briefly, this department is responsible for engineering of vehicle assembly processes including body assembly, painting, mechanical parts and trim. The main roles and responsibilities are as follow in all of the product development projects:

-       Selecting component developer companies.

-       Auditing assembly process of the parts & assemblies and body

-       Collaborating in validation and buy-off of the production line tools

-       Preparing operation sheets of body assembly, painting and mechanical & trim assembly
