AIRIC manufacturing department is a leader group in prototyping field in IRAN, having responsibility for making prototype cars.

Skilled& experienced human resource with advanced CAD/CAM/CAE soft wares, CNC milling machines, vacuum casting machines and other advanced equipments make the following unique various abilities for our group:

1- Sheet metal & plastic parts prototyping.

2- Manufacturing of assembly fixtures.

3- Manufacturing of checking fixtures.

4- 3D scanning & digitizing of surfaces for inspection or reverse engineering purposes.

5- Manufacturing of injection mold design

6- Manufacturing of sheet metal dies including Drawing die,Flanging die, Hemming die and so on.
