The manufacturing & prototyping draws on the data it receives from the design section in order to design and build soft dies as well as assembly and checking fixtures to produce prototype parts. It also takes care of engineering assembly of the end product.
We have three workshops, which focus on volumetric modeling, prototyping and machine tool . These workshops are equipped with advanced CAD/CAM systems, bridge type CNC milling with advanced controls and high capabilities, and can handle a wide range of activities among them:

- 3 to 5 axis CNC Milling of any intricate form and shapes and large parts up to X=6,000 mm, Y=2,500 mm , Z=2,100 mm
- Model making of any form and shape by CNC milling
- Tool path generation for Milling , Laser cutting ,…
- Soft die making for production of sheet metal parts from 100 parts to 200 parts
- Silicon prototype mold making for production of up to 100 plastic parts in vacuum environment
- Checking fixture making for Auto parts.
