Coordinate Measuring Lab (CMM-3D) :
AIRIC
incorporates two CMM (coordinate measuring machines) that are in use
for measuring vehicle parts or any other pieces.
These machines can provide data to check or make CAD files or model
piece in other software.
The range of machines:
Bridge type machine
X-axis=5,900 mm
Y-axis=3,200 mm
Z-axis=2,200 mm
Column type machine
X-axis=2,270 mm
Y-axis=1,400 mm
Z-axis=1,800 mm
INCA3D package is used for checking the parts, reading sections and
points.
This lab is capable of conducting the following tests in accordance
to relative standards.
- Motor Vehicles Wheel Guards (78/549/ EEC 1998)
- Masses and Dimensions of Certain Motor Vehicles of Category M1
(92/21/EEC 1998)
- Statutory Plate and Inscriptions (76/114/EEC)
Meanwhile, this laboratory has been recognized as partner laboratory
of TUV Austria.
