Body Design Department

Body designers develop customized shell plans and solutions from the idea to the product. From First to Final Status of  Project , Engineer’s & Specialist of Body Design department  are  parallel with other design departments, Manufacturing Department and Production engineers  for all steps of project in the concurrent engineering Process.

The main activities :

• Create class “A” surface based on Style for Skin

• Section Book (Joint & Section Detail Development)

• Bill of Material Control (Wight & Cost Management)

• Design Structure Body (High Strength material)

• Provisional part list (Family Tree & Assembly Sequence

• Accompany all development phases of the vehicle Design

• Design 2D  drawing & 3D Models from Part and Assembly of B.I.W  with below details and Information’s

• Calculate and Apply Special Tolerance

• Apply MCP, MCS & Access Gun (Manual & Robotic) for C/F & Jig        Designer due to Body Shop

• Based on CAE & Feasibility Engineering Reports apply Position of spot weld, Co2 Welding & Sealer for Manufacturing & body shop Departments

• Apply Position & volume of Sealer , Mastic , Pads & necessary access for paint shop Departments

• Create Exploded Drawing

• Modification & updating Information based on
  CAE, Manufacturing SAIPA Reports
